Basic information

Born in 1962, head of the educational laboratory. He is working at Radio Physics Faculty since 1978. He worked as a technician, an engineer at the Semiconductor Physics Department in V. Vorobiev research group. After graduating in 1985 the evening department of the Faculty, worked as an engineer.

Since 2003 – Head of educational laboratory of the Semiconductor Electronics Department, and since 2010 – Head of educational laboratory of the Computer Engineering Department. Co-author of methodological development "Tutorial on the Physics of Semiconductors" for students of the Faculty.
