Basic information

Born in 1939, works at the Faculty from 1962. He started to work as a technician in the workshop of the Semiconductor Physics Department, from 1975 – Head of educational laboratory. Since 1986 he works as an engineer. Since 2010 he works at the Computer Engineering Department.

Almost for 50 years on the faculty, with his participation, and he personally, have been developed and manufactured unique components of scientific research installations for semiconductors. Course and degree works of graduates of the department, candidate and doctoral faculty and staff, laboratory workshops of department – almost everyone has his share of labor. As a professional photographer, he took part in the design of the Department materials, research reports and dissertations.
